Each block is scored against the posting so you can see what still needs work.

03 You review, then export

Keep what sounds like you. Redo what does not. Download a PDF or Word file when you are ready.

04 Find people and apply

Look up who to write to, send a note, and mark the job as applied.

If you are using a spreadsheet today

Keep the list if you want. TailorSwan is that list plus the resume work sitting next to each row. You still choose what to send. We do not submit applications for you.
