Tailor your resume to a job description

A job description asks for specific work. Your resume describes the work you have done. TailorSwan rewrites each section so the overlap is easier to see. It does not invent skills.

What matching means

You paste the job. We read the posting and your resume, then rewrite each block against that posting. The draft is a starting point. It is not the final file until you say so.

You approve each block

Approve, skip, or redo one section at a time. Keep the wording that sounds like you. If a line does not fit, throw it out. Nothing is saved as your resume until you accept it.

We do not invent skills

We only rewrite what is already on your resume. The workshop flags content that looks made up so you can remove it before you export.
